Maiden Oregon plays original acoustic music with a smattering of choice covers in rich vocal harmonies, powered by guitar, mandolin & bass. Songs run the gamut from Joni-esque melodies and gospel tinged folk to power pop ballads and contemporary country. The group is led by singer songwriter Anandi who sings lead and plays guitar. Her discography includes 4 recordings of original music and 3 recordings of jazz. For this McMenamins date, Anandi will be joined by Ukrainian American Natalia Burgess on mandolin and vocals, bringing her lower range harmonies and tasteful solos. The harmonies are rounded out with Camille Snyder on accompanying vocals and guitar. All members come with loads of experience across the musical spectrum including jazz, bluegrass and folk.
